I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department at Garvey Volkswagen [Queensbury, NY]. I took my car in for a minor issue with my light sensors, which they claimed later was due service department at Garvey Volkswagen [Queensbury, NY]. I took my car in for a minor issue with my light sensors, which they claimed later was due to a blown fuse from my dashboard camera. They initially quoted me an outrageous $1200 for the repair, which they then lowered to $800 and finally to $600 after arguing the cost. The real issue is their dishonesty. They insisted the fuse was blown and required expensive repairs. However, I have video footage from the dashboard camera, which is connected to the supposedly "blown" fuse, showing that it was working perfectly before and after their inspection. This proves that the fuse was never the problem and raises serious concerns about their integrity. Despite presenting this evidence, they were dismissive and did not acknowledge their mistake or offer a satisfactory resolution. Charging $600 for a $10 fuse, and being dishonest about the repairs needed, is unacceptable and unethical. I would strongly advise against using Garvey Volkswagen’s service department. Their dishonest practices and lack of transparency are alarming, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. More

I leased a used 2019 Ford Ecosport - I had to play around to get the radio working- after 1 day the radio stopped working, backup camera doesn't work. I took it to Ford , it is going to cost be thousa around to get the radio working- after 1 day the radio stopped working, backup camera doesn't work. I took it to Ford , it is going to cost be thousands of dollars to have it fixed - The vehicle has electric issues. This vehicle should not been sold . I informed them of the issue and refused to switch it out or help in anyway. Their response was we don't know Ford vehicles so we can't help you. But you sold me a Ford vehicle knowing there was problems with the vehicle, that i was not aware of. I won't Not get another vehicle from the Garvey again . More
