Jordan, Kody, Zach were very pleasant to work with friendly! I arrived at the dealership at 11:00 am and was greeted by Jordan and Kody and it was busy but was assured between the two of them that I friendly! I explained that I had another commitment and left the dealership and in less than 20 minutes Zach called and said had been approved. I was so excited and told Zach I could be back at 3:30 pm to take delivery. when I arrived Jordan had all documents ready. It was a smooth ,no hassle, experience. I just leased a new Leaf from Garvey Nissan. I live an hour and a half away from this dealership and still chose it based on my friend's positive experience getting their car at Garvey. The experience was very pain-free and straightforward. I worked with Amelia on this sale. Amelia was very responsive to all my questions, and I felt like I could trust her answers the whole time. She guided me through reserving the vehicle (there was about a one-month wait), and she contacted me straight away when the vehicle was available. I had heard some horror stories of people reserving their electric vehicles in other dealerships, only to drive there and find out the vehicle had already been sold. That was not my experience at all with Amelia. They also took in my trade-in vehicle and gave me a really fair price for it, based on its BlueBook value. Overall, I felt respected as a customer and would recommend this dealership to my friends. More
