Bad service I used to love going to nissan when it was named Jerry's Nissan. Recently my dauughters wiper motor went in her truck. She went to Garveys and told th I used to love going to nissan when it was named Jerry's Nissan. Recently my dauughters wiper motor went in her truck. She went to Garveys and told them she bought the truck with a 100000 mile extended warranty on it. When she got to Garveys they told her it had expired because she had over 100000 miles. Of course she did because she bought the truck with 100000 miles on it. The extended warranty was for and additional 100000 miles. She paid $3000 extra when she bought the truck to have this warranty on it. Now they will not honor it. Well then they should give her back her money she paid for the extended warranty. Watch out for Garvey's Nissan they are liars and do not keep there words. They are thieves and liars.I am calling JD POWERS to report them. Watch Garveys I am a secret shopper and have been for 3 years. More

Very disappointing I will start this review by saying that Garvey Nissan is not any different than an other dealership. I was looking for a second vehicle preferable a I will start this review by saying that Garvey Nissan is not any different than an other dealership. I was looking for a second vehicle preferable a truck. After finding one used they ran my credit (Which I I formed them was not perfect). Mike assured me it was not as bad as l thought and he would get me in a truck. He stated he had a bank ready as long as acted fast. So I get a call the next day from Matt. He informed me if I get a co-signer no matter their credit just have to have a job I'd be set and have a vehicle. This was after I was told I had to get a "NEW" vehicle that the bank would be able to recover their loss if the car was repo'd. So now Garvey nissan after running my credit a min. of 10 ti es (which impacts negatively ) tells me they need a different co-signer. So to sum up my rambling they will tell you what you want to hear with no regard to how it effects you. Run many credit inquiries just to get a sale. They will lie to your face and tell you things that are not true to get you to allow them to run your credit and negatively effect your credit rating.. So they are just as bad as any of the others . I am forwarding my info to the attorney generals off and to the better business bureau. I'm doing this because Mike and Matt to many times said they will have me approved guarantee. More
