2018 Nissan Kicks I had my heart set on a Nissan Kicks and I finally found one at Garvey Nissan! I sent many emails with Ryan, he worked very hard to get me into the Ki I had my heart set on a Nissan Kicks and I finally found one at Garvey Nissan! I sent many emails with Ryan, he worked very hard to get me into the Kicks and made sure I was comfortable with all the paperwork before driving 3 hours to pick up the car. Garvey Nissan and Chuck Wilton Responsiveness After dealing with the same Nissan dealership for over fifteen years I wanted to look around for other Nissan dealerships. Garvey Nissan was one that After dealing with the same Nissan dealership for over fifteen years I wanted to look around for other Nissan dealerships. Garvey Nissan was one that had better ratings than my current dealership had so I just was curious enough to reach out to them. It ended up being a good car buying experience. Chuck called me a few times before I went to Rutland VT just to have a meet and greet. The rest is history and I drove my new Nissan Rogue SL home that afternoon. Since I purchased the Nissan my salesman (Chuck Wilton) has called twice to see if everything is going well and if I have any questions about features which I may not have had a chance to figure out yet. Perfect, Wayne Elliott 3/11/2019 Update This is an update to my original review of Garvey Nissan. Chuck Wilton called me twice after I purchased new Nissan Rogue to see if everything was going well. Since then he has called me a few times to remind me to write a review (which I did, see above). Additionally, he spoke to me in person on how important it was for him to receive the highest ratings possible and indicated why it important that I give him the highest ratings. Since I wrote the review, I have not received a single call from Chuck Wilton regarding the open items left to be done with my Rogue. I have called him and he acknowledged there is still work to be done and that he hasn't forgotten about it. Also, there were a few items that my 2017 Rogue had which were not on the new 2019 Rogue. Rather than installing these items new, Chuck had the service department take the items from my 2017 Rogue and put them in my new Rogue. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....... He may not have forgotten about it but hasn't reached out to me with any updates. VERY POOR FOLLOW UP INTEREST SINCE I LEFT HIM THE VERY POSITIVE REVIEW; WHICH, AT THE TIME REPRESENTED MY TRUE OPINION. Wayne Elliott 3/11/19 More
Aware of Customers needs I went into Garvey Nissan on a whim because my dad always said the best time to buy a new car is the end of the year. So after not having my car for I went into Garvey Nissan on a whim because my dad always said the best time to buy a new car is the end of the year. So after not having my car for over half a week and putting $500 into it I felt so overwhelmed by transportation issues. My job requires me to have a car and I didn't feel safe, secure or I couldn't confidently say my car would last much longer. I knew I was upside down in loan and that if I didn't do something now I knew it was only going to get worse. I could budget for car repairs like I could one solid payment. The managers and Drew worked a deal to where I got a brand new car! It only had 40 miles on it when I got it! I went in that day feeling defeated and miserable and left with a brand new CAR something I never thought I would afford/get. They took the time to understand my situation and were interested in not the sale right then but the future sales and referrals which is why they went the extra mile for me. They knew I couldn't get into something used because of the negative equity owed on the vehicle so put me in a new Nissan Sentra - the color is beautiful. I appreciated the time they spend to make the deal happen and the care they gave me when thinking about my future. I love my car, I loved they were able to make me feel so confident. More
