I like long drives! You know, I live in Burnt Hills, so just about anywhere is a hike. This dealership is quite far in actuality but worth it for me. My other options are in Albany, but down there, you don`t get exceptional service like Garvey gives you. I`d rather drive and get no hassle than drive and get hassled. More

After a scrupulous inspection and a test drive, we knew it had checked all of the boxes. The dealership even went so far as to make some changes to make the deal even better. We went through the features of the vehicle, financing arrangements and picked it up the following day. It was smoother than purchasing most other commodities we use. And that's the way it should be when making such an expensive investment. More

New car purchase I've only had the KIA Stinger GT2 for two days. Tom Belden delivered the car from Garvey to my home about an hours drive on Rte.7. All the paper work I've only had the KIA Stinger GT2 for two days. Tom Belden delivered the car from Garvey to my home about an hours drive on Rte.7. All the paper work was done at my home. some minor adjustmests I just got my kia a week ago and had my regular service company inspect it and they found some bumps and bruises, took it back to kia and showed them I just got my kia a week ago and had my regular service company inspect it and they found some bumps and bruises, took it back to kia and showed them the paper work and we scheduled an appoitment to take care of those bumps and bruises. Worth the trip When I first started looking for a new vehicle, I knew Kia was on my list. I only knew of two other Kia dealerships in the Capital District, and I wa When I first started looking for a new vehicle, I knew Kia was on my list. I only knew of two other Kia dealerships in the Capital District, and I was uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle from them, so I traveled about an hour up to Queensbury. I never regretted my decision. The dealership has a family feel. Everyone worked together to answer questions, explain things, and look for what I wanted. Claude Middleton was extremely helpful in showing the car, and following up regularly to see if I had any questions. I never felt pressure to make a decision, only the desire to help me make a decision. If that decision wasn't a Kia, that would have been ok too. It was this attentiveness, in addition to the great vehicle that convinced me. Other dealerships I visited didn't even call me back after multiple messages. I'm very happy with my choice in selecting Garvey Kia as my new dealership. The people at Garvey make my hour drive for service worth while. More

Lou Maccharulo Rocks! Lou has been my service guy since I bought my first Kia in 2012, and he is a pleasure to work with. Not only does he know me and my car, but he alway Lou has been my service guy since I bought my first Kia in 2012, and he is a pleasure to work with. Not only does he know me and my car, but he always makes sure I know exactly what will be done with my car, what the cost will be, and how long it will take. On the rare occasion something comes up, he makes sure I know what's happening and what my options are. He's a great representative of Garvey and of Kia.
