The facility was clean, everyone was friendly, they are all dog friendly there (my Dakota was given water and allowed inside). It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Their prices are much better than the Albany, NY area and Claude did not force the Kia financing on me as was my experience with other dealers. More

The finance manager, Martin Kenuth, was very good. He gave me all the options, and did not xx me like the sales manager did. He was also AWESOME! However, the sales manager, Lee Garrand, acted like it was a complete inconvenience when asked for different buying options. I asked for a print out and breakdown of 4 options. I got 3 and only after going back several times over a 4 day period. He acted like, he did not want to help unless I was committed to buying right then and there. I needed the information I asked for so I could make an educated decision and ensure it was in my budget. He acted like it was a pain to get the information. Not a good experience. He is the reason I gave a 3 star rating and a non-recommendation. In addition, the detail crew did a sloppy job. The car was sent back twice, because they did not pay attention to detail. It is a brand new car and should look like it when I drive it off the lot. More

There has never been any pressure to buy a car or add ons that I don't want. I just describe what I want to Eric and he finds it. He is personable and very easy to work with and he aims to please. Always Dependable I brought my car in "express," meaning I didn't have an appointment. I asked them to switch out my tires (snow tires for regular road tires). They proceeded to examine my car and found a few problems, one of which I knew about but forgot to inform them of (a broken windshield wiper). If they hadn't caught that, I would have been extremely unhappy with myself. Jeremy Liburdi was in charge of my tire switch, oil change, and repairs and did a wonderful job with all. More
