I just bought a new 2020 Kia Niro hybrid plug in from him, and am very pleased with it. I was looking for good mileage and better ground clearance than my Prius. Justin was an excellent resource, able to answer every question and extremely patient. He helped me figure out financing, took plenty of time to teach me the details of the dashboard and steering wheel controls. He also gave me many pointers, as he is a Kia Niro driver as well. I know that I can turn to Justin any time I have a question. He gave me a great discount on floor mats when I returned a couple of days later to pick up the pair of glasses he kindly retrieved for me from my Prius, just before it left the lot. As much as I like my new car, I have to admit that I bought it partly due to the well-informed service that Justin provided. More

I bought a used vehicle from them this fall for $27,000. There was also a stain on the ceiling in the rear of the vehicle. I cleaned it and thought nothing of it. It came came back after a few weeks. I just assumed I did not get it completely the first time, so cleaned it again. After a few months, I finally realized it is a water leak that appears after each rain storm. I normally park inside at night. When I spoke to the service department, I was told that after 30 days, they are not obligated to do anything but they took the vehicle in and found the water leak. They had to remove and reinstall the rear window. They also cleaned the ceiling fabric to get rid of the water stains. More
