Once I settled with the 2016 Kia Soul set realistic expectations on the fact that it had not yet been serviced (it was a recent trade) and would also need to be detailed. Although I was unable to take delivery on the same day he clearly communicated all updates and delivered the vehicle to me at my place of employment a few days later. Being a formal salesperson myself, I can truly appreciate all of Claude's actions from a unique perspective.
