Not once did I feel pressure from Tom, Chris or even the finance manager. Even when I changed my mind and flip flopped on what I wanted to do they stayed right with me. It was a good change of pace. If you know what you want or even if you don't, I recommend going in and speaking with Tom. I was overly impressed with them working with my schedule. I drop of my car yesterday there without appointment Because my car had so serious issues yesterday. I was not able to drive so I towed my car there for service. Then next day a guy whose name is Joshua Because my car had so serious issues yesterday. I was not able to drive so I towed my car there for service. Then next day a guy whose name is Joshua Derush called me 7:48 am (which good time to call me was 10:10 am i added a note) in the morning to ask me Why I drop off my car there without appointment. What i was supposed to do if my car was breakdown and did not accelerate and my high tech warranty only covers my damage at kia Garvey. First you can not call customer early in the morning to tell him you can not drop off your car without appointment. I could not explain or he was patient enough to listen to me then gave me attitude. He was so rude on the phone without letting me finish then hang up on me. it is not first time He was rude before too. Kia Garvey is a nice place to buy a car but people like him is not good reputation for such a famous dealership. Hopefully the general management will take inti consideration and explain him how to treat customers. More
