Despite it being the last day of the month and the dealership being jam packed with business, Jon took time to discuss different cars I had considered in depth, presenting a great variety of choices. A deal not planned, he still took the time to see the transaction from start to finish, to include a same day delivery! A great deal is only a fraction of the car buying experience.
