The most comfortable car dealer visit I have ever experienced. I came there for a certified pre owned Jetta wagon or Routan after emailing with Natasha. I came there with pre-approval financing and was hesitant to go through a new application process but Kyle and Gerald made it quick and easy and ended up getting me a better rate with a local bank and treated me with respect and fairness (given I do not have a tier one credit score). They offered additional warranties and protections but did not push me into buying them. Great price, great warranty, great car, great financing and great team. After visiting many other dealerships all week before going to Garnet. I am glad that I made my purchase with them. I am still surprised how simple and comfortable the experience was. We test drove a 2010 VW Jetta TDI at Garnet last year with no hassles or sales hype! Finally, this past Saturday, 28 Feb 2011, I called Kyle, sales mgr at 2pm; test drove the TDI at 4:45pm, spoke with Erich for about an hour about all features of the Jetta, at 6:30 (after closing time) we were making the deal, and by 7:30 pm and hour plus after closing time, I was driving home in our new 2011 Jetta TDI! Thanks to Erich for all the info, to the sales mgr Kyle for his help, and to the finance guy, Gerald! We love our new VW!!! More
