They also told me I would get serviced for a recall on my model's gas pump and so far I am getting better mileage so i am ecstatic. They told me they would include a courtesy wash and was delighted. Everything was good until I jumped on my car and noticed that whoever performed the state check had to pull out my insurance information from the front compartment and did not put it back. More

Service Had the car for two days and noticed a leak from the windshield washer fluid. Called my sales guy Darrell and he let service know right away. Also, when Darrell my sales guy was going over the car with me he did notice the windshield fluid was low and filled it for me. So far very happy with overall experience. More

The service was done while I waited, in the time promised and done well, and my car washed. My VW is 11 years old and wasn't purchased at VW Reading, but that didn't seem to matter to this business, as it seems to at other VW dealers. Highly recommended. More
