Great place for service. Recently I had to take my Jetta in for service after hearing some strange noises. Jason kept me updated on what was going on with my car and set me up Recently I had to take my Jetta in for service after hearing some strange noises. Jason kept me updated on what was going on with my car and set me up with a loaner car so I could still commute to work. It turned out that my car didn't need too much service and I was able to pick it up the next day. I've been a customer here for 10 years and I've been pleased with the service. After meeting with Wanita and Tony to inspect the car, Volkswagen stepped up and decided to repair the problem under warranty. While my car was in the body shop, I was provided with a 2015 Golf TDI loaner car. Scott Lasher called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, and I was very pleased with the work they did. He was very helpful. Ally Stout was in touch throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the loaner car. Everyone did a great job. Everyone deserves a thumbs up for a jib well done. More
