Nate Krick was excellent. He was informative and caring. A female employee who's name I did not catch was at the service counter when I arrived. She gave me just plain wrong information. I had my glow p A female employee who's name I did not catch was at the service counter when I arrived. She gave me just plain wrong information. I had my glow plug indicator flashing and and a solid check engine light. The glow plug light disappears when I turn the car off, which I have to do because when it comes on, the car starts limping (won't go passed 55 mph). The check engine light stayed on all the way until I reached the dealer. I turned the car off when I got there. I explained the issue to the employee. When she went to check my car, she turned it on, and neither indicator lights were on. It was almost like she didn't believe my car had any symptoms. I told her to check for engine error codes (and I knew what error code I was getting because I had checked it with an OBD scanner earlier). She said that i had no lights on so she couldn't check for codes. That makes no sense. I told her that the code was never cleared and she would find something. The fact that there is no engine light on doesn't matter. She said she could check it but since there was no light, and even though I was under warranty, VW would not cover it. That also doesn't make sense. This nonsense continued. The entire time she was rude, gave me false information, and seemed like she had no interest in helping me. And in the end, problems were found with my car. They also found the exact same engine error codes that I found, and I ended up losing almost half a day of work. More
This is a great dealership that does care about you before, during, and after the time of purchase of your vehicle wether it was new or used. I recently had an issue with my car and both Chris Rust & B before, during, and after the time of purchase of your vehicle wether it was new or used. I recently had an issue with my car and both Chris Rust & Bruce Hendrixson contacted me within the hour of when I mentioned the issue. They did address all my concerns and were very pleasant, down to earth, and understanding. I did purchase my vehicle(used) from them less than a year ago and I would highly recommend them, they stand behind what they sell, treat you like a person, and know your name. I never thought I would be treated as well as I was with this dealership. Wether you're looking to buy a new car or a used car go here. Their associates are all friendly, kind, and go out of their way to assist you. Give them a visit, you won't be disappointed! More

We are travelling and hit 10,000 miles when we were 5,000 miles from home. We dropped in to service our Passat TDI and they took us is immediately. We were back on the road within 2 hours.
