Having purchased thirty cars over the last forty years, I have had many experiences with car dealers. Some of those experiences are memorable for all the wrong reasons. In contrast to those, my experience at Volkswagen Reading was excellent. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I spent two weeks evaluating other vehicle options. While the staff from Reading Volkswagen kept in contact during that time, they never once pressured me into making a decision. Finally, I have found a car dealer who respects that I have the right to take my time to make the right decision for my situation and understands that their role in the process is to provide the best information and most competitive deal regarding their product. I so appreciate this type of relationship, that I will definitely recommend Chris Brown and Volkswagen Reading at any appropriate opportunity and will return when the time comes that I need another vehicle. The sales manager even played with my son while my wife and I finalized the deal. On another note, I can not tell you how many salesman I have worked with that did not know their product. Chris impressed me with how much he knew about our Tiguan. Not only did he know everything about the electronics, for example, he was able to effectively teach the gadgetry to my non-techie wife with ease. As a school teacher, that impressed me.
