Took my ford flex in for service because the dash was lighting up like a Christmas show. First trip I was told the red batteries connector cable was bad. Said it looked like it was cut and taped back on and tried to blame it on the company that installed the battery. When I explained that was not.possible because I was standing there watching the process and stated it was sold that way because that's the first time I replaced the battery they blew it off and restated that it was bad and needed to be replaced. I paid for it to be replaced and it did not fix the problem. Took the car back to the dealer and they couldn't figure out the problem. 3 days later the car stopped working. I called and was asked to tow it to them but, they did not have any loaners available until after Christmas which was 3 weeks away. I called Ford customer service and they are the worst. Finally I was told I could.take the car to any Ford dealer. I chose a dealer closer to home to Dave on towing cost. Took the car to the other dealer and they found that the "connector C211" was giving push back. They reset the pins and charged me $979 in labor cost. That's $1006 for the repair $670 for a repair that didn't fix the problem and $1300 in rental car fees. The company and their dealers are crappy at best. I would run far far away from Ford if you want competence and integrity. More
Ordered my F250 Tremor from Kyle back in March with a MSRP of 72k. When my truck arrived in August the MSRP went up to 76k. I asked Kyle would they honor the original price and I was told no the dealersh MSRP of 72k. When my truck arrived in August the MSRP went up to 76k. I asked Kyle would they honor the original price and I was told no the dealership would not make any money. I found out my son gets X PLAN pricing at his job and lives in my house hold . I ask Kyle could i use it to offset the difference and still the same answer. The dealership would not make any money. While anticipating my new vehicle I joined many Ford F250 groups on Facebook. I see alot post from people who purchase from there honest dealer who honored there original MSRP price and Ford would reimburse the dealer. I was not afforded the opportunity. Kyle informed me that if I did not buy the truck that he had someone waiting to buy it. A good friend of mine that also purchased from Garnet Ford who owns a Tire and wheel shop in Delco also purchase a f350 and was offered his original MSRP. I feel like I was discriminated upon because of my ethnic background. More

Nothing short of simple and amazing. I knew that I wanted a F150, but with inventory problems nationwide, knew that it would be tough to find what I wanted at a reasonable price. Matt helped me quickly find a vehicle that suited my needs and the price was amazing. I lived quite a distance away, roughly 80 miles and the dealership delivered the vehicle without a fee. That is what sold me on this deal. Within 15 minutes and a few signatures the truck was all mine. Would highly recommend for anybody in the market for a new Ford!!! More
We have purchased our last three cars from Garnet and had a stress-free experience each time. I have always hated car shopping since it is so frustrating to spend so much time "hanging out" while the sales a stress-free experience each time.
