I ordered a 2022 Ford Transit 250 on 6-9-2022. It was delivered 13 months later on 7-24-2023 . It didn't have the 3 pieces of equipment that was on the 2022 model.I was told by Rob Twining , sales It was delivered 13 months later on 7-24-2023 . It didn't have the 3 pieces of equipment that was on the 2022 model.I was told by Rob Twining , sales manager that they were options on the 2023 model and I didn't order them. I contacted Ford Motor Co., they said the dealership should have made me aware of the changes so I could order them, since it took 13 months for the delivery , they would have received changes in enough time. The owner sent me an email to contact them '' so they could work with me to make this right'' Sales manger Rob Twining agreed to order and give me the parts for only one of the three items and that I would have to install them myself I agreed. When I picked up the parts not all of them were there needed to complete the installation. When I asked him , Rob Twining ,he and the other sales manager Tony Dorazio said No to ordering the other parts, that they were finished giving me anything more. He said the owner wasn't happy with him giving me the parts. So much for ''working with me to make it right.'' The owner should be unhappy with the sales managers not following up on the 2022 orders to insure customers were aware of the 2023 changes.If they had , I would not be asking for the parts I ordered in 2022. More
