I believe the finance manager’s name was Derick or Darryl, but regardless, the experience was extremely disappointing. His demeanor was unprofessional and honestly unpleasant. He also made several condescending comments about how much money he makes and how little he cares about what customers pay, which was shocking to hear from someone in his position.
