I gave dealership 4 because I did receive assistance in the service department the service representatives are pretty courteous. The only issue that is questionable is when I come in for service I am kept the service department the service representatives are pretty courteous. The only issue that is questionable is when I come in for service I am kept standing there waiting for assistance and reps leave me waiting for a while without saying we will be with you shortly. I do understand if they are helping other customers, but when there customers are being helped something should be communicated. On my most recent visit I was standing waiting no said anything to me. The representative that did help me appeared to be on his lunch which is fine, but no one else stepped up to assist everyone appeared to busy, but no customers were with them. The representative that did help me came off his lunch to do so which he really did not have to do. That is why I gave the service a 4 the advisor put the customer ahead of himself and that was Awesome when he did not have to. My decision to rate the service department a 4 was truly was based on my advisor’s(Eric) attention and consideration on this day. More
