I took my Leaf in for a recall notice. The recall was a software update. After waiting almost five hours for the technicians to complete the update I was informed that due to a backlog on The recall was a software update. I would think that for software updates Nissan could do the updates without requiring a visit to a dealership. My service writer was excellent. It was not his fault that the update failed. Nissan needs to learn from Tesla and provide software updates seamlessly. More
