I have been trying to get my car properly diagnosed, yet they never find anything . I leave the dealer and my car feels as if my brakes are grinding. First of our issue wasn’t resolved, I haven’t come back to this dealer because we had previously had issues with the service department. My mom decided to give them a second chance because it’s the closest to this dealer because we had previously had issues with the service department. My mom decided to give them a second chance because it’s the closest location. We went in for an oil change to later get a low oil pressure notification come up. Took it back to get inspected. Got “fixed” now 3 weeks later we are back in there again. Advisor said there is no issue. Put a board under the car so we can see if maybe it’s leaking. I’m not gonna complain about the lack of communication because I can let that slide but not resolving a mechanical issue. Is absurd to me. More

I took my Leaf in for a recall notice. The recall was a software update. After waiting almost five hours for the technicians to complete the update I was informed that due to a backlog on The recall was a software update. After waiting almost five hours for the technicians to complete the update I was informed that due to a backlog on Nissan’s internet connection they were unable to complete the update. I would think that for software updates Nissan could do the updates without requiring a visit to a dealership. My service writer was excellent. It was not his fault that the update failed. Nissan needs to learn from Tesla and provide software updates seamlessly. More
