HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HORRIBLE!! They said that I needed a major service for my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. I told them that I was going to the mountains this weekend with my HORRIBLE!! They said that I needed a major service for my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. I told them that I was going to the mountains this weekend with my 2 handicapped children and that I needed everything on the car checked out which they said they would do. I got up to the mountains, and the heater which was working, stopped working altogether.....then my low tire light indicator came on, with the same tire that they said they would rotate for me. They did not change any of my bels on my car......JUST AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I WILL NEVER NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY!!! More

Oops! we just toar off your front spoiler.. See ya! I went to have my oil changed on my 350Z and the front spoiler was ripped off my vehicle when the mechanic was backing up out of the stall. The front spoiler caught on the lift and ripped off half the spoiler and did damage to the front bumper. Raymond Ward informed me that Brian Brannon would order another spoiler and have it painted and put on the 350Z. Well four weeks passed and after a few phone calls and a email to Brian. I am getting only lies about the part. They are not taking responsibility for the incident and were making up stuff about them ordering the spoiler. One phone call..."The spoiler is sitting down at the Los Angeles Port," was a answer I got. Well the part is available in the US and would ship out of Irvine in which is about 30 miles away. So that would all be delivered by truck not by boat. So the motto is lie, cheat and steal! People need to read these and take note... More
I took my Nissan sentra in for a tire rotation. In the back bay when the car was out of sight, the mechanic unbolted my license plates. He attatched two license plate frames that said "Gardena Nissan" wi back bay when the car was out of sight, the mechanic unbolted my license plates. He attatched two license plate frames that said "Gardena Nissan" without my permission. I was advertising their bussiness as I was driving around. I complained to the manager and he told me to shut up repeatedly. This probably happens often. I urge potential car buyers to shop elswhere and never buy a car at Gardena Nissan. Lets shut that bussiness down for good. More
Advisors - Zero knowledge about cars. They will say what the known error database says. They cant even convey the issue to the mechanic. If you have some noise you will never ever make the advisor explain what it is. Mechanics - Probably they have best in class but whoever servered my car was not knowledgeable enough. 3 months back they changed my engine mount and now another mechanic from the same dealership told me i have another engine mount broken. 3 weeks back i did the 27 point inspection and everything was reported perfect. They way they treat people i feel the technicians are not skilled enough. My tire was totally worn out but these mechanics dint even mention that in my 27 point report. 3 months back the rear brake life was 60 % and now I have 70%. Is not that amazing ? :) well thats what the report says..i never changed my rear brake pads.. More
