I made a appontment ahead of time to have two recalls fixed on my Nissan Leaf. Despite having an appointment it took almost three hours to complete the required service. This dealorship takes too many cu fixed on my Nissan Leaf. Despite having an appointment it took almost three hours to complete the required service. This dealorship takes too many customers with too few mechanics. Also, I had to come in to have two software updates. This should be something Nissan should be able to do with automatic software updates like updates for your phone. Rivian and Tesla can do this. Nissan should be able to do this too. More
Carlos at Gardena Nissan was extremely helpful and kind. My car needed immediate attention and he took care of the car right away and was a pleasure to work with.
