I really like having my car serviced here. Went in for a repair and was told that it would cost 2500 for the repair. They called me several days later saying the repair is now 3600. They claim they got the wrong part and the new part is more expensiv for the repair. They called me several days later saying the repair is now 3600. They claim they got the wrong part and the new part is more expensive. The first part cost 357 and the new part 2684. Decided not to get the repair, as the part could be bought at other dealerships for 1600. They lied about the price of the part More

If I could’ve put 0 I would’ve. I went for an oil change & had to wait 4 hours or more & it wasn’t busy. Customer service sucked there was no communication at all.
