I made a appontment ahead of time to have two recalls fixed on my Nissan Leaf. Despite having an appointment it took almost three hours to complete the required service. This dealorship takes too many customers with too few mechanics. Also, I had to come in to have two software updates. This should be something Nissan should be able to do with automatic software updates like updates for your phone. Rivian and Tesla can do this. Nissan should be able to do this too. More

I went to Gardena Nissan spoke to Christopher while the truck was getting an oil change he took a couple of pictures and got ahold of the correct people at Nissan and the problem is now resolved. I currently own three vehicle's and two of them are made by Nissan the other being a 2024 Rouge. From now on when the Titan or Rogue need any service or repairs Chris and Gardena Nissan are my go to dealer. More
