Mr. Edgar went through all the details and possible phases of my car issues. Appreciated the UBER ride back home. Thank goodness it only took a couple of hours for repairs. However, I called service center before they called me. Needless to say, my car issues were addressed, corrected & repaired. Very pleased with the function and recommendations. Thank you Gardena Nissan, I'll be back for maintenance when it's time. More

I was sitting at the dealership for 5 hours with no word on the progress of my car. I approach the service person who conducted the intake of my car that mornin mg and asked what was going on with my car. I on the progress of my car. It was at that time and only that time that I was old the part they needed to do the recall on my car was on back order. I only made the appointment because I finally answered a text that I had been receiving from this dealership about a recall on my Murano. There were some other issues found on my car as I had asked them to also check on the check engine light I had on my car. The actual technician who had been working on my car Jeff was very rude and condescending. I was prepared to pay the money to have my car fixed and return another day to get the recall done once the part was available. I took off of work and wasted nearly a half a day at the dealership for nothing because after the way I was treated by the technician Jeff, I knew I would never be coming back to this dealership again. More
