It took 3 hours for an oil changed. I was told the service had a meeting. This couldn’t have happened on a less busy day? I made a appontment ahead of time to have two recalls fixed on my Nissan Leaf. Despite having an appointment it took almost three hours to complete the required service. This dealorship takes too many cu fixed on my Nissan Leaf. Despite having an appointment it took almost three hours to complete the required service. This dealorship takes too many customers with too few mechanics. Also, I had to come in to have two software updates. This should be something Nissan should be able to do with automatic software updates like updates for your phone. Rivian and Tesla can do this. Nissan should be able to do this too. More

The wait was excruciatingly long. I was freezing in the waiting room. They did discount my service for the long wait though. Staff is very nice.
