Good afternoon, I have called your direct line on more than one occasion and I have not received a call back. I also left messages and I was told by the secretary and your assistant that I would receive a call back. It is now July 25th and I have yet to receive a call or response to my frustration with my past visit. Unfortunately, as a customer it does not feel like my patronage is important.
