I had to pay $95 in Uber fees because the staff did not offer a ride to my job. I was told on September 20, 2024 that since I should have been offered a Lyft at Honda's expense, I would receive a $95 reimb offer a ride to my job. I was told on September 20, 2024 that since I should have been offered a Lyft at Honda's expense, I would receive a $95 reimbursement check. When it didn't arrive, I followed-up and was told the managers were on vacation so the check could not be signed until one of them returned. Thirty-six days later and I do not have the reimbursement check. I take people at their word, so when someone tells me they are going to do something I expect them to do it. In January 2025 I will either get a new vehicle or purchase the one I have. Based on this situation my next vehicle will more than likely come from the Culver City Honda. More

Before I went I was told all the things my car was going to get service on. When I got there nothing was covered except the oil change. No tire rotation. Nothing. And what was wrong was not covered.
