Oil change was done poorly received the car back and drove it about 20 miles until I realized it smelled a lot like oil. The oil cap wants out back on. I went back to get it redone. Once back on the fre drove it about 20 miles until I realized it smelled a lot like oil. The oil cap wants out back on. I went back to get it redone. Once back on the free way about another 30 miles where the bottom aluminum cover flew from under the car. The cover was only being held by zip ties. I was never consulted that it should’ve been replaced or removed completely. Very disappointed. Fixed one mistake to create another. Traumatized by these events and will not be returning for any services in the future. More
