They put the customer last, if you leased your car from the last owner contract they refuse to honor! I went in because I had a nail in my tire at first it was going to be $35 but they came back and said the last owner contract they refuse to honor! I went in because I had a nail in my tire at first it was going to be $35 but they came back and said they can’t patch it I HAD to buy a new one total price $280.92 every other car that I or my family and friends never heard of such a excuse invoice number C50901 I will never buy another Honda and will believe that story the nails were not on the side but on the bottom of the tire. Do the right thing and refund me minus the $35 tire change. Date of service 2/9/2024 miles 2388 after talking with a service representative she fixed the problem to my satisfaction it took some time but all worked out well More
Standard wait time for the service I was getting , kept me informed on what I needed once service was completed.
