It was an unexpected Saturday morning where my car did not start due to having a dead battery and I needed a jump. After calling Gardena Honda, they were able to accommodate me and scheduled a same day appointment within 15 minutes. During the wait time, I needed to handle some personal business and the staff was able to arrange transportation with Lyft (round trip) - Perfect timing! The staff at Gardena Honda was so professional and UNDERSTANDING of my current circumstances and explored several options to make it possible for me to leave the dealer shop a satisfied customer. It was all hands on deck during this process and there was a hand full of individuals in-whom made my experience at Gardena Honda like no other. Ana - Thank you for your patience and for all that you do. I truly appreciate your consistency. Elizabeth - Thank you for your professionalism and your will to be available to assist me on short notice. You did not hesitate to listen to me and took my concerns and made them yours.
