Had an early appt @8am for “alarm and coating” of the car. Got there on time there were lots of cars there already around 10 cars, a little hectic but otherwise good the employees were doing their best t car. Ended up doing half of the service I needed for the car due to urgent matter I had to leave and could not stay long. It took about 50 minute wait for us to leave the dealer. Please note they said we would have wait 4 hours if they had gone through with the “coating” of the car and recommend to reschedule and drop off the car. Overall good. More
Took car in for a service and asked if they also take care of a recall for my car. Recall notice was delivered in May this year. I was told they didn't have the part because Honda wasn't even shipping t care of a recall for my car. Recall notice was delivered in May this year. I was told they didn't have the part because Honda wasn't even shipping them out to dealers yet and would have to get approval from manager to even order the part. I explained that the car was at times showing loss of power when accelerating and was told they would have to run a diagnostic to prove what I was saying. I would be charged $200 for the test if the result was negative. I was told the mechanic couldn't replicate the problem I was experiencing, but they replaced the part anyway. Miraculously somehow they convinced the manager to approve the order, ordered it, and the part was delivered to the dealership in less than 2 hours. I wouldn't have been so bitter about the experience but when they retrieved my car, they pushed both front seats all the way up and turned on the heater full blast. So yes, I get the message, they don't want me to ever return, which I will not. More
