The transmission on my 2015 crv with 56k miles failed. The dealership was very unhelpful: first they missed diagnosed the problem and charged me 500 buck to replace a hose that didn’t need replacing. It has been the best experience I’ve had with a Honda dealership, ever. I could not afford an entire diagnostic, but I knew the specific possibilities of the issue I was experiencing my fans were not wor dealership, ever. I knew it wasn’t the AC because the compressor, clutch, seals, and condenser were replaced as a result of recalls on the system. Though my Civic Sport is a 2019, I have over 200,000 miles! So in years my car is only 5-6 years old but in mileage could be considered over 18 years old. I calculated the minimum high average of 12,000 miles a year divided into current mileage. Upon completion I drove off and a little over a mile away, my rock shield partially disengaged and was dragging. I called the advisor he said to come back. I returned disappointed and upset. The service manager met me in the service entrance profusely apologizing. Long story short, the situation was immediately rectified and I was offered a free oil change. I did not have it replaced, The minimal damage did not compromise the purpose of the shield. The service advisor and service manager were impeccable in their customer service, not pushy but honest, sincere, and compassionate. I would definitely take my car here again for service and possibly this would be the dealership where I would purchase my next Honda. More
