I like how the dealer had a lot of cars and colors to choose from. The entire staff was very nice and patient on me making my decision. The wait area was very nice and comfortable. When i first came in, i already had a out the door price from one of the salesperson and was told that if i come down , he will be able to work it out with me since i refused the first offer. However, when from one of the salesperson and was told that if i come down , he will be able to work it out with me since i refused the first offer. However, when i came down, the salesperson tried selling me the car for almost $10,000 more than i was told on the phone. I had to tell the guy that he was giving me numbers that i didn’t expect. On the other hand, the car that i bought was false advertised and was told a lie. It was advertised that it would have a blindspot monitor and was told by David that it did have a blindspot monitor and i would just have to turn it on. I believed him, but after i bought the car i couldn’t figure out how to turn it on and was told to youtube it— and i did. 2 days later and i didn’t find any buttons whatsoever and i received a call from david telling me to go to a Toyota delearship and ask them myself because “it might not have it.” I was under the impression that the car had a built in blindspot monitor that’s why i continued with the deal. I tried reaching out to the manager and the agent who helped me, None of them responded back since i asked how we can resolve this issue. More
