I recently bought a vehicle from Honda Gardena. Even after a month, I have not received any documents from the dealership, and I could not register my vehicle. They are nice people, but they are not professional. I called them several times, but I never got a response from them. This is the worst experience I ever had. I have been in contact with them since August 17,2023 and I signed the purchase agreement on August 24, 2023. After 3 weeks, the vehicle was delivered to me on September 16, 2023. And yet, I have not received any documents from this dealership, so I am unable to register my vehicle, as of today 9/27/2023. This is the worst service I have ever had. More

My Auto service advisor addressed my concerns and walked me through the repair process. This was my forth visit and I feel really comfortable taking my car there. They are very professional. They take their time explaining until you understand, and lets you ask questions.
