We were treated very well by our salesman Tao, our complaint is with how much time it took to finally drive the car away. Sales Reps were -pleasant and helpful. Time spent picking up the car (waiting on finance) took as much time as it did to negotiate purchasing the car. A little disappointing. Overall the experience was very good. The showroom was clea the staff very friedly and informative. All of our questions were answered professionaly. The first time i went to buy a car it was nissan altima and i loved the car no doubt on that but the customer service was so bad at nissan dealership.They were just trying to sell me a car like they were p and i loved the car no doubt on that but the customer service was so bad at nissan dealership.They were just trying to sell me a car like they were paying for it and at garden state honda it wasn't like that, the guy gave me all kind of choices to pick so i really felt comfortable with that and not just trying to sell any car to me. I bought a used car from them, and once they had my check they forgot about me. I had several negoitated items to be repaired, and they avoided to do anything even when the car failed inspection.
