Garden State Honda in Passaic, N.J. has a very friendly environment when you walk through the door which is great. I was interested in the 2008 Honda Pilot initially. However on February 18 I purchased a 2 environment when you walk through the door which is great. I was interested in the 2008 Honda Pilot initially. Told to come in at 6pm to get the car, and that the options would be installed and the car would be ready. Got to the dealer on time. Was asked to sit down, do paper work, and I asked to see the car. The guy said it was being clean. After a while, we were told that the options needed 2 days to be installed. Then I asked the guy why they wanted me to come in, if the car wasn't ready? They gave me run around. Asked to talk to the manager. He couldn't care less. These guys don't care about customers. They give Honda a bad name. More

I drove 2.5 hours (each Honda in Passaic!!!!! The dealer outright lied that the CARFAX report on a '10 Honda Pilot I was considering was "clean." I drove 2.5 hours (each way, mind you) only to learn that the Pilot was actually in a wreck and had battery issues. If that's what was on the CARFAX report, I wonder what else they're hiding... I was given the exact break-down of all charges, and made a date to physically meet with the sales person. We met and went over everything again, asked a few questions about the standard inclusions, test drove the car, took the salesman's business card, and told him I would be getting back to him in a day or two. The internet rep, as well as the salesman, were both extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I was impressed with their honesty, and no wasting their or my time.
