My 1st time and no shuttles was available to bring me home? I'm about 10 minutes away. Also, website prices is not the same as the invoice that was showing I'm being charged for. Cleanliness and overall the service is good, what I didn't like was the fact that they don't wash the car correctly before handing it back. In fact the other time I had brought it in for service they d didn't like was the fact that they don't wash the car correctly before handing it back. This time it was dirty w leaves that a gardener was cutting grass and trees.. He was giving it to me back Like that.. So I told him to take it back.. He did but looked upset. More

My vehicle all of the sudden would not work. Would not go into neutral and had several warning lights. I had it towed and the drive had a rough time getting the vehicle on and off. (Locked up Would not go into neutral and had several warning lights. I had it towed and the drive had a rough time getting the vehicle on and off. (Locked up wheels) When the dealership contacted me about the issue the only thing they found was a low battery. They did not explain the lights (except the battery light never came on), the locked up wheel and of course the only thing that needed to be changed was the battery. I asked for the service manager when I came to pay for the "diagnosis" and though in the Middle of the day he was not available. I will follow up. No explanation for everything is just not acceptable. More
I really appreciate the different advisors available throughout the day. I’ve met a few of them and I really like that no matter who I meet with they give me the best deal possible and work with me to m throughout the day.
