Front desk was kind and the mechanic helped me understand what was wrong with the vehicle explained it clearly and also kind. Everyone was very nice and helped me get a multipoint check quickly. My experience was not good. They did not rotate my tires when I had an oil changed and they did not do a multipoint inspection.
