False Advertisement, rude and not caring! First of all, if it was possible I would give them -5 stars! This place is the worst at everything, from the salesperson, to the finance person and ev First of all, if it was possible I would give them -5 stars! This place is the worst at everything, from the salesperson, to the finance person and everything in between. PLEASE PLEASE READ EVERYTHING MIGHT SAVE YOU SOME FUSTRATION AND HEADACHES!!!! Let me start with why we went there. I was planning on trading in my 2016 Nissan Versa, and my boyfriend found a Nissan Sentra for $16,000 and something on there website, which grabbed our attention so we decided to enter. When we got there they were decent, a salesperson came in and talked to us etc (can’t remember his name) he was telling us all these numbers and that’s when everything went down hill. That $16,000 car turned into $32,000. I had a upside down on my car that was a bit high but I didn’t really care (It was 4,000). I was like it’s still $19,000 at least that’s what I thought. At this point they added unnecessary items like, a $1,000 gps locator. Then the salesperson wanted a $1,000 down payment but I only had $500 he later said my payment was $480 which I was shock because the interest rate was at 7.50% which made no sense because on the versa I had a 17% and my payments were $378. I told the sales person why was my payment so high and he said it was because of the interest rate, upsidown and something else. We thought maybe with the upside down it increased that many so we signed and left. Once I got home I realize all the add-ons and I went back to see if I can get them remove. I spoke to ANDY and he was really rude didn’t care for what I was saying he said you should of read the contract when you were signing you can’t remove them because you signed already (keep this a**hole in mind he’ll come back again) so I was like Okay my fault you know I should of read it I learn my mistake so I left. OUR SECOND NIGHTMARE BEGIN 3 weeks later our old finance called saying I was late on my payment and I said how I don’t have that car I traded in for a different car. So my Bf called nissan so many times they wouldn’t answer his calls or they would put him on hold for a long time. So he told the finance people and I guess the finance place called the dealer grabbed their attention and that’s when they called us back. Well apparently his loan was denied for the new car that’s the reason they didn’t pay the Pay-off. We were okay with it honestly because since they lied to us and how they treated us we decided to just return the car and get my old car back. When we went inside the finance place to sign the paper to release the new car and just get my old car. The person we got was ANDY, when he was giving us the paper to sign we were reading it (Since this a**hole told me to read before i sign any paper). This is when he gets really rude, he said why are you reading I’m telling you what it is, and my bf told him, I want to read it just to be sure what I’m signing, so he gets even more rude and starts rolling his eyes (at this point we didn’t care we kept reading because we DIDNT TRUST THEM AT ALL) so we read everything and signed he kept yanking the paper from us which just pissed us off but i kept telling myself I no longer have to deal with them! So we finish got my deposit and my car, but I’m so happy that I don’t have any ties with them. If you read it this far hopefully it helps you and if you still wish to proceed please please READ your Contract! And beware of Andy( finance person). More
