NOT WORTH IT!!! Zero Stars.NOT WORTH IT!!! Unfortunately I bought a used Certified car here last week and to my bad luck I sign off on the Cooling-off period or else Zero Stars.NOT WORTH IT!!! Unfortunately I bought a used Certified car here last week and to my bad luck I sign off on the Cooling-off period or else I would have gave them back the car. Only an hour after buying it, I got the check engine light on and it was due to them pumping gas and not closing the nob correctly. Thanks to that click I had to drive during heavy traffic from LA back to see what was wrong. Afterwards, I tried charging my phone and that didn't work. To my disappointment there was a small crack on the windshield where the sticker had been. This is a Certified Car!! I shouldn't have had to deal with ANYTHING for at least some months or years! The manager in charge of the Used Cars Department made it seem like it was no big deal that I had to delay my trip because of these "small issues". Out of all the people I dealt with, Natasha was straightforward and the most helpful. So if you can do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all cost. Not worth the headache. More
