Service rep was great, quick and easy and I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on useless crap I didn’t need for my vehicle. Picking up the car took longer than I anticipated, I waited about 20 mi like he was trying to upsell me on useless crap I didn’t need for my vehicle. Picking up the car took longer than I anticipated, I waited about 20 minutes for someone to bring the car up when I could see it in the parking lot 100ft from me. Normally I wouldn’t care but I had somewhere I had to be and had to hear about from my wife afterwards. More

This is the 2nd time I have been to this service location and I can not say enough on how amazing, efficient, understanding, and communicative this group is!! On both occasions I truly felt they were there " and I can not say enough on how amazing, efficient, understanding, and communicative this group is!! My maintenance notification came in on my 2022 Kia Telluride, so I called about a week ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. My appointment was for 8am but I go there around 7:25am. They opened Telluride, so I called about a week ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. My appointment was for 8am but I go there around 7:25am. They opened the gates and let people in around 7:45. My check in was super easy, I was checked in with the customer service rep Efrain. He let me know everything they would need to do on the car and even checked for any active recalls. He did find one and they checked that out as well. All in all it took about 2 hrs for the maintenance to get done and I was also given a complementary car wash! When my car was done Efrain text me and let me know. Check out was quick and easy. I definitely recommend getting your Kia maintenance done at this location. Also if you can, work with Efrain, he made everything easy and convenient. More
