We’ve had 2 experiences at this Garden Grove service center. The first was horrible with no one getting to us and having to wait 3 hours for an oil change. Made us not want to ever come back. Started dr center. The first was horrible with no one getting to us and having to wait 3 hours for an oil change. Made us not want to ever come back. Started driving further away to avoid this Kia location. Then we had to get a last minute appointment for a recall. Our typical service place was booked so decided to give this one a try again. Glad we did because our experience this time was the complete opposite. Efficient service right away. Attentive and answered all of our questions. May reconsider coming back to this Kia service department in the future instead of driving further away to avoid it. Thank you. More

After a long, exhausting search for the perfect fit with a dealership, I called Garden Grove and spoke to Sam on the phone as soon as I explained what I was looking for Sam was knowledgeable, swift, and acc a dealership, I called Garden Grove and spoke to Sam on the phone as soon as I explained what I was looking for Sam was knowledgeable, swift, and accommodating. I drove for an hour just to work with him. Cesar was wonderful he helped me get started on the paperwork when I arrived. He was incredibly thoughtful and explained the paperwork perfectly, and made the process easy and smooth!
