No pushy tactics to get me to buy a bunch of add-ons. Told us about them and allowed us to make choices without any pressure. More

I've purchased over 40 cars and dealth with probably 100+ dealership of all different manufacturers. From my past dealings, this is by fae the worst sales experience I have ever endured with the salesperson dealership of all different manufacturers. I have not once had to haggle for pricing once all the homework is done by written agreement first but this dealership is a different story. My bit in law assisted me in getting a 2012 Hyundai Azera. He did all the negotiation and received a written guarantee on OTD pricing. Told me I had to deposit $1,000 which I commuted because there was one car in this specific color and they had to get from another dealership. Here is where their bad business practice manifested. I get a rude call from a salesman named Dave Sole in the Internet Department stating that they need to charge extra now since the car has extra accessories. Told him I already got the confirm purchase price in written and can't understand his negative attitude over this few hundred dollars. Also as a note, no other dealership ever went back on their word once sale price was exchanged in written. Mac calls back later apologizing and will try and see if he can still sell the car as originally agreed. Calls back again and tells me that he can sell for the price originally agreed. Went to buy the car, now they are questioning the owner loyalty rebate. Getting frustrated now and seem like this dealer would anything possible to dupe a customer and make a marginal profit at cost of customer service and their dealer reputation. Asked for the general sales manager. Explained what transpired so far and he apologized. I replied, "you should be sorry for having your salesman scream at me over few hundred dollars". Right then, another manager says "with that kind of an attitude, I don't want to sell you a car". UNBELIEVABLE! Attitude? They sell their cars to customers based on their attitude? They don't think once on what trouble they created and come to such ridiculous conclusion for me being irate with their sales practice? Got my $1,000 deposit and walked out. I really hope people with right mind do not shop or give business to this dealership. You can spend your hard earned money elsewhere. With such sales attitude and devious sales practice, I can't phantom how they could stay in business and do dealings with smart customers. More
My overall experience with this purchase was awesome! I emailed Dave the exact car I wanted and he sent me back a price that was more than fair. When I arrived to see it, Dave was with a customer and asked Mac to help us. Mac was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process was painless. Then we went to finance. This experience was great as well. Everything was well explained to us and all our questions were answered. I will not hesitate to recommend Dave and Mac to my friends and family. More
We all know car buying can be an ordeal. I have a full time job and a young family of 4 so I have a zillion other ways to spend a Saturday. Dave Sewell made it professional AND still friendly. This management team can look you in the eye and say they will follow thru but do not! This dealership took our car deposit, did not follow thru on closing the sale nor return phone calls on numerous occasi will follow thru but do not! We found out 3 days later, why....they accidently sold the car we had a deposit on. promises? yes followthru? none to find another car as they suggested doing. More

This dealership personifies why people hate car dealerships and believe that all they do is lie. I used to run a car dealership so I know a thing or two about dealerships and customer service. I was offered special pricing on a new Hyundai by Hyundai so long as I bought the car from Garden Grove Hyundai. The dealership is 45 miles away from where I live but to save a few thousand dollars it was worth the trip. HOWEVER, the savings would mean little to nothing if Garden Grove was not willing to match what my local dealer was offering me for my trade (which was a high end luxury car with just 9,000 miles on it). So that I would not waste the trip, I called the sales manager, John, IN ADVANCE of driving all the way down there. I explained the situation and said, "Please DO NOT make me drive all the way down there if you are not going to ACV my car at the same amount of my local dealer." I promised I would bring him their quote in writing to verify. He said "absolutely I will, no problem, come on down..." After driving the 45 miles he made me wait around more than an hour only to offer me THIRTY FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS than what I had been offered from my local dealer the day before!! When I asked him why he lied to me on the phone he said "sorry, I never bothered to look it up..." To add insult to injury, when I tried to reach the owner, Eric Hardin to see how he felt about such outrageous behavior he would not even bother to return my call after 5 tries! This is a dealership NO ONE should ever patronize. They don't deserve a single sale. MP More
I HAVE PURCHASED MANY VEHICLES IN MY DAY BUT THIS WAS A REAL PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. OF COURSE I DID'NT GET 'EXACTLY' EVERYTHING I WANTED BUT I FELT PRETTY SATISFIED AT THE END OF THE DAY.. YES, YOUR DEALERSHIP WILL COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME..BY THE WAY I KNOW GAS PRICES ARE HIGH BUT YOU MIGHT WANT TO SPRING FOR A PREPAID GAS CARD OR SOMETHING OTHER THAN A QUARTER TANK OF GAS AND A KISS GOODBYE...LOL More
