After a horrible first time service experience with Hardin Hyundai who sold me new 2013 Santa Fe I would not return. At the recommendation of Hyundai corporate customer service I sought warranty repair at another local dealer. Tom Marshall, service manager at Garden Grove Hyundai has my respect for herculean customer service. The driver seat ih my new Santa Fe rocked as if it was not secure on rails. Hardin service writer, Richard told me " they all do that". That may be the case, but I was looking for a resolution and Tom Marshall at Garden Grove took my complaint seriously after testing, ordered the parts, performed the labor and satisfied me completely. I will return to Garden Grove for all of my service needs. More
Requested information on a car online and got an e-mail and a call from Dave within minutes. When I went in that night, Dave wasn't working so he set me up ahead of time with Mac and he was also a great gu and a call from Dave within minutes. When I went in that night, Dave wasn't working so he set me up ahead of time with Mac and he was also a great guy. It was a very laid back atmosphere and I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Mac worked with me to find the perfect car at a great price and monthly payment. He even took the time to go over how to use the bluetooth, etc. The next morning, Dave followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied and to answer questions if I had any. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. Thanks Garden Grove Hyundai!! :) More

I found Garden Grove Hyundai through the Costco Auto Program. I contacted them through the internet and was immediately contacted by Dave Sewell. I never felt like I was being sold a car, rather I was being assisted in selecting a make and model that best fit both my budget and needs. The car and value were perfect. Dave Sewell and Kalolo Toafa were courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Talk about customer service, they actually drove to Los Angeles (50 miles away) to bring the paperwork to my daughter to sign as she was unable to break away from her law school finals studying to come to the dealership. We are thrilled with the purchase of our new Elantra and would definitely recommend Garden Grove Hyundai. More

The service personnel was trying to push me away because I don't have an appointment but I have to stick to them to get the car serviced as I have a long drive coming up. So, I'm writing this review after 3 Hr's of wait time and my car is still untouched. BTW I came for a regular oil change of my new car which I bought 8 months ago, I've been told to wait 10 hours and as a matter of fact this dealership has "Car Care Express" which covers Oil and Filter Change, etc.. So the UN-courteous staff had a free advise for me: Next time i come, I need to make an appointment.. (Of Course who the heck will go to these guys again.. at least I'm not) 1:33 Pm: Update: Tony stopped by and apologized for the delay and informed that the tech has just started working on the car and it might take an hour from now. Beware of salesmen offers that this dealership cannot commit to or come close to. Salesmen called me and indicated he could probably sell a 2004 4runner for $12.9K. When i went in to inspect the car the salesmen acknowledged the price and even added estimated 10% charges to come up with a total of $14,300. When I went to buy later that night, the manager indicated he has $13,340 in the car and the lowest he could sell this car for was $14,000. $13K to $14K is a huge difference; the salesman low balled the price to get me to come back and was never honest about the price. Looked on line for a Veloster, found it at Garden Grove Hyunda. It was what I was looking for, and Handsome Dave was very accommodating, I felt Good after leaving the Dealer. Now I was promised a Rear wipe Hyunda. It was what I was looking for, and Handsome Dave was very accommodating, I felt Good after leaving the Dealer. Now I was promised a Rear wiper blade that I have not recieved. I went to Lancastor Dealer and ordered the wiper blade there. I expect a refund from Garden Grove Hyundai. The refund can be mailed to my address 37563 97th Street East, Littlerock, Ca. 93543. Now If I do not receice this refund you can Bet I will Not be getting my Veloster serviced at your Dealership. The Why I choose Garden Grove Hyundai, is due to I found Exactly what I wanted, IT is A fine Looking Sporty Little Car with Great Gas Mileage. GAS is not going to go Down In my Liftime. I went to Garden Grove Hyundai after getting a good price on TrueCar.com. I met with Dave Sewell, who even though he was ill, took time with me to show me the cars I requested to see, new and used. He did not try to put me into a car that was too expensive for me, too powerful for me, and he found me the perfect car, with the exact colors I wanted, a 2013 Sonata, Harbor Grey with grey interior,and he and James made sure the windows were tinted the way I requested when I went back to pick up the car. At first his manager did not want to give me the price I wanted for my trade in, but Dave sent me to CarMax. I went there and got a better price. When I went back to pick out my new car, Dave and James asked a new manager to look at my trade-in, and I got the same amount that CarMax would have given me. I was very satisfied with the way both gentlemen treated me, and I got a great price, saving almost $4,000 dollars with the Holiday rebates. They both worked with me twice to show me how to use the many features of the Sonata, and they made sure I understood how to use my new car before I left. I was very, very satisfied with my new car and the service I received. More

No pushy tactics to get me to buy a bunch of add-ons. Told us about them and allowed us to make choices without any pressure. More
