Excellent Purchasing Experience! I contacted Garden Grove Hyundai to discuss the purchase of a car that they had advertised online. I live an hour away from the dealership so it was important to me that everything that was communicated online and over the phone would hold true if I traveled to the dealership to purchase the car. I am pleased to say that when I arrived at the dealership the were professional and courteous. More importantly, they did even better than what we had negotiated online which was a pleasant surprise. Not too shabby Leased a new 2016 elantra, so it took some time for them to bring the car over to the dealership, but i got to leave and come back which wasnt bad at Leased a new 2016 elantra, so it took some time for them to bring the car over to the dealership, but i got to leave and come back which wasnt bad at all. But when i got there at the time they told me to come back, and they were tinting the windows and washing the car, which took 2 more hours of waiting. All the wait was worth it though, i am very satisfied. More
