Stay away from this service department I took my Sonata in because the rubber piece in the sun roof was hanging and I got water damage to my headliner from a leak. I had called and told the department I needed the rubber sealer replaced. I was put on hold for 12 minutes. She came back on the phone and to,d me to bring it in and they would look at it so they would know what part to order. I made an 8:00 am appointment. They came out and told me they would have to take it apart. 3.5 hours later while I waited they came out to tell me that they needed to order the rubber sealer and I would have to bring it back in another time. Hello??? I knew that and told them up front. What the xxxx took 3.5 hours to determine??? I was waiting outside for my car. 2 others had been waiting over 20 minutes for their car to be washed. I told them to get my car I was not waiting for a car wash. Another lady walked up to us and she had pulled up and was waiting for a service person to even acknowledge that she was waiting to check in. She finally found someone. A man in the waiting room had brought his car in yesterday and waited 2.5 hours only to be told to leave it and he was waiting for a rental. They either overbook on Saturdays or they need more help. I was sooo mad and think that whole experience sucked. Go get service at another dealer!!! Unless you want to spend hours waiting for nothing! More
