I was shopping for a new car and had been doing my homework on line and had narrowed my selection down to a few. I went to Garden City Mazda to have a look. The finance department explained everything very well. I got a great deal, extended warranty and Irv even installed Pandora radio for me! About 2 weeks later my Pandora wasn't working correctly.. I stopped by Mazda and another salesman came to my car and fixed it! What service! I have a beautiful new CX-5 in red. It's a dream car!!! Thanks Garden City Mazda (and Irv of course). More

We submitted our inquiry to Costco and saw that you participated. We were contacted by James Shust who identified himself as the Authorized Costco Agent at your dealership. When we came back, we HAD to lease the vehicle through him. We want to emphasize that our decision to come back was due to our positive experience with Henri. We hope that Henri gets some credit although he did not "make" the deal. More

Josh is wonderful. I would highly recommended him to anyone looking to purchase a car. He isn't pushy like most car sales people and he's very understanding. I decide to but a Mazda Cx 5 which he gave me a great price on. When I came to pick up the car I was pretty emotional because I was trading my scion in I was more depressed then excited about getting a new car. Josh was totally understand and made me feel so much better about the whole thing. He was so helpful and took all the stress out of the buying experience. Following a reply to call for an appointment I did call and met with James Shust. He was exceptionally helpful and easy to talk with. I found myself buying a new CX-9 that very same day! My only disappointment is not seeing James on the roster list of sales-people for this review. He seemed to rise above any other dealer I had met there. More

Cesar Reisono (sales person) was extremely friendly and helpful from the minute he approached us, had an excellent experience at this dealer ship !! Cesar Reisono (sales person) was extremely friendly and helpful from the minute he approached us, he listened to all of our needs in a vehicle and our price range and he definitely worked with us in making sure we got what we wanted. You definitely feel at home when you enter , the employees treat you nicely. Cesar, helped us out with finding the right insurance and sticked with us all day solving our small issues. Coming from a big Italian family , the room was filled with ten of us and Cesar had such great patience, we appreciate it. As for the manager Vincent Ferrara, he's such a good man, he told us from the minute we stepped foot in Garden city Mazda that we would not leave without a car and that he would do whatever he can to help and he did. My experience with GC Mazda was a great one! I was always told from locals to avoid the ''franklin ave strip'' when looking for new car as they are all a bunch of crooks out to rob you. That is the total opposite of our experience at GC Mazda. The dealer was set up real nice and the sales people let you breathe before approaching you. Our Sales person Josh Niles I found to be a breath of fresh air from sales people I have worked with in the past. His knowledge on the Mazda vehicles was so technical it was like he was sent to work at the Mazda factory before becoming a sales person and his professionalism was a+ the whole way. Joe Arena the sales manager was great as well and worked with us very nicely on the numbers. We purchased a cx 5 and absolutely love it. More

I was shopping for a used car for my daughter when we walked into Garden City Mazda and was met by salesman George Schultheis. He was very friendly and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. I ha walked into Garden City Mazda and was met by salesman George Schultheis. He was very friendly and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. I had not decided on any specific car when I had walked in. I was just looking. George was extremely helpful in answering questions about the cars on the lot. It was about the third dealership I was at that day. I did not feel pressured into doing something that second where at the other dealerships I felt pressure to buy now. I did see 2 cars on the lot that I was considering. I went home with my daughter spoke to my wife and discussed the different cars we saw. To me a lot came back to how I was treated and the reputation of the brand. Both my daughter and I felt George was the guy we wanted to purchase from just because he made us feel so comfortable and answered all questions. I did go back and talk to him about the 2 cars we were considering. George helped me make a decision that I felt comfortable with and financially was best fit for me. After all was said and done I was wowed in the show room by the 2014 Mazda6 in Soul Red. I will be going back to Garden City Mazda to talk to George about purchasing that car in July when I will be due for a new car. As a side note, when we did pick up my daughters 2010 used Mazda3 George sat in the car and showed us every feature and then helped my daughter set her iphone bluetooth phone and music. When we sat down to discuss price Cesar was not pushy and he listened to what we were looking for. He quickly got Vincent to give us a trade in price on my car and they worked up different pricing options for us to consider. Vincent and Joe came over to introduce themselves and took the time to talk with us. When we picked up the new CX-9, we were once again greeted warmly, it felt like we had know them for a long time. Everyone involved int he purchase of my vehicle made the experience pleasant and I did not feel like I was suckered in to anything, an experience I had so many other times with different dealerships. I will be happy to recommend Garden City Mazda to anyone looking for a car. More
