I was given a very good lease quote without giving any of my personal contact information first. The follow up visits were just as stress-free and when we agreed upon a price, I picked up my car and there were NO surprises, NO bait-switch and NO extra fees. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever encountered. I would recommend George and their dealership to anyone. More

He was pleasant, patient, and responsive to my requests which he conveyed to the General Sales Manager, Mike D'Andrea. Mike was a gentleman. His professionalism and respect for his customers is admirable. Mike was agreeable to my requests without hesitation and offered me a fair amount for my trade-in. It was evident from our initial meeting that he valued my business. Mike and Josh were able to locate the vehicle I wanted and have it ready for me within a day. This is the dealership to go to for a Mazda. More

My lease was coming to an end on my 2010 Mazda 3 and I enjoyed it so much, I decided I wanted to lease another Mazda. Although, Garden City Mazda was not where I leased my first Mazda, they came highly r enjoyed it so much, I decided I wanted to lease another Mazda. Although, Garden City Mazda was not where I leased my first Mazda, they came highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try. I arrived at Garden City Mazda on a sunny summer Sunday, when everyone was probably at the beach, or at least wishing they were. I was greeted by Cesar. I wanted to test drive the Mazda cx5. I did not know they had a policy to make an appointment to test drive vehicles on Sundays since they do not have a full crew working. They made an exception. I liked the cx5 and made a deal to come back on Wednesday and pick up the vehicle. Upon me returning home and doing some thinking, I decided it was too much car for me and decided I wanted to lease another Mazda 3. I called the dealer the next day to explain my change of mind and they were very accommodating, telling me it would be no problem. Upon my arrival on Wednesday, Cesar was very kind and understanding. I explained what features I was looking for in the Mazda 3 and he showed me the vehicle he had there with those options. I came back that Saturday to pick up my new lease. I spoke with the Finance Manager and signed all the appropriate paperwork. Cesar then sat me down to go over everything again. He then gave me a tour of the Service Department and showed me how all the new features of my 2013 Mazda 3i worked. He answered all of my questions. My overall experience with Cesar and Joe were great. They are friendly and helpful and are willing to accommodate. I would highly recommend Garden City Mazda, as well as, Cesar and Joe, they were wonderful! I love my new Mazda 3!! More
Bill was impatient and unhelpful. He did not try to show us any of the cars we tried to see. He was too aggressive trying make the sale as quick as he could without letting us have a chance to choose what w us any of the cars we tried to see. However he did send a letter that his boss made him write giving choices of cars to choose. We though didn't choose to buy from the, and went to wantagh mazda instead where we found a sales person that was able to help us find our new car. Victor liantonio was able to help us and we upgraded from a mazda3 to a cx5 More

GREETED BY SALES REP IRV, WHO WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS WHILE EXPLAINING THE BENEFITS OF PURCHASING THE MAZ AT GARDEN CITY MAZDA .. GREETED BY SALES REP IRV, WHO WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS WHILE EXPLAINING THE BENEFITS OF PURCHASING THE MAZDA 3.. AS A PREVIOUS MAZDA OWNER I APPRECIATED THE NEW AND UPDATED FEATURES OF THIS AUTOMOBILE.. AFTER A TEST DRIVE AND WITH IRV'S GUIDANCE WE RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP ... WE THEN SPOKE ABOUT FINANCES WHICH INCLUDED A TRADE IN.. AFTER FURTHER DISCUSSION THE DEAL WAS FINALIZED. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT EVERYONE THAT I CAME IN CONTACT WITH AT THIS DEALERSHIP.. SINCE I DROVE MY MAZDA OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP I HAVE ENJOYED EVERY MILE WITH ITS PERFORMANCE.. Stopped by Garden City Mazda on the evening of July 30, because I had been working in the area that day, and they had a used Mazda2 that I wanted to look at. They were all friendly and attentive. Even though I stopped by without an appointment, I was helped right away and Josh started moving cars to unblock the one I was interested in so I could take a test drive. Henry V. took me on the test drive, then afterwards we negotiated a fair price with no fuss. I liked that there were no sales gimmicks or surprise charges. Everything was just straightforward. Henry stayed late past closing time that night so that I could get insurance and take the car home right away. He also let me leave my old car in the lot so I could arrange to get it picked up the next day. Was a very positive experience. More
