I have been struggling and in need of a car for awhile and I have went to numerous dealers looking for the best deal because I cant stress enough how difficult it is being a single mother. I came in on a specific budget and told them exactly what i wanted. Raydenisse is by far the best sales manager in there and she doesn't lie when she tells you that she can work out a deal for any car you want for the price you can afford. My credit wasn't to great and i was looking for an approval on the GT 2015 Mazda6. While i am waiting for an answer from the bank David Del Vecchio was the absolute best to me and my daughter. He treated us as if we were his kids and made sure that we were attended to. Not to mention i wanted to trade in a car that wasn't even worth 200.00 and he offered to buy it for 562.00 more than what i can ever get for it just so that it can help me on taking home my DREAM CAR. I was so amazed with the generosity of this staff. As i said i been to numerous dealers and i knew the second i walked in i was going to leave with a car. So after just of a couple of hours waiting for a response I was called in to the finance managers office and was told NO!!! I couldn't take home my car because the bank could not approve my application but he would let me know a definite answer on Monday. My heart was shattered and i knew I couldn't help but cry. As im walking out with my head down David looks at me and asks me whats wrong? I cried and said I cant get my car and he said NO stop crying me and George Schultheis are going to help you. George was so amazing and he was so confident that he can do this and he assured me that they were not going to give up . George / Raydenisse & David all assured me that i will not leave without a car. The banks were closing so they werent to sure if it would go through. But after 2 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!! they clapped and told me i can take my car home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was such a great experience and i would suggest that anyone who is looking to purchase a car should come here. Not to mention all the packages and specs of 2015 Mazda for such a great and low price. You cannot go wrong with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CAR PRICE!!!!!!! and by the way it drives nice!!!and has a banging music system lol :) ME and my one year old daughter love them so much because they really genuinely treated us like family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My whole car buying experience was ruined. I was looking to replace my 95 Camry, 240K with a newer car and was recommended to this salesman by his sister. I researched their used car inventory online and de to replace my 95 Camry, 240K with a newer car and was recommended to this salesman by his sister. I researched their used car inventory online and decided I was interested in a 2010 Corolla they had. I met with the salesman on 2/22/14, looked over the vehicle and took it for a test drive. I liked the car and had the cash to buy it but I was told that the price on the internet was for financing only, they received "incentives" from bank. I agreed to apply for financing since he had agreed to not charge dealer fees since I had been referred to him specifically. George told me that he would order the floor mats for the car because they were missing. He also said he'd find the 2nd key for the Corolla. When I met with the finance manager, he had already included a warranty in the loan and because extremely irritable when I told him that I was not interested in buying a warranty. He became even more agitated when I advised him that I had been told I wouldn't have to pay dealer fees. I agreed to pay the dealer fees to hurry up the whole process as it was already nighttime. I drove the car home and the next morning noticed that there was extensive damage to the front bumper that was not there in the internet pictures nor when I first saw it. The salesman had me come back in and quickly agreed to have the front bumper replaced with a loaner car to me. I was informed that no one would "fess up" to it because no one wanted to lose their job. When I picked up the car from having the bumper replaced, I noticed there was water in the driver's side headlight (that was not there previously) and the bumper had not been secured properly. The used car sales manager agreed to have the headlight replaced as it looks like it was an "after market" headlight. After this kind of start with the vehicle, I had my mechanic look it over completely and found that the front tires were new but one back tire should not have passed inspection and the other back tire barely passed. He also found that the plastic guard underneath the radiator was not reinstalled once the bumper was changed. These, he said were safety issues. I faxed over the findings to Garden City Mazda hoping to have these safety issues looked at once I brought it back to have the front headlight replaced on 3/22/14 but was met by an extremely rude, short tempered and bullying Dave Delvecchio. He very loudly stated, in the showroom, that he was done with me, he didn't know if the plastic guard had fallen off during my 3 months of driving the car (I'd had the car less than 1 month and no, I don't believe it just falls off, unless it had been installed incorrectly) and that the only reason he had fixed the bumper and the headlight was because I was recommended by the George's sister. He assured me he knew all the laws. Maybe my experience with this dealer was a freak thing but I paid a nice sum for this vehicle and didn't expect to have a car with safety issues nor have an employee of the dealership destroy the front bumper and think that I just wouldn't notice it. I also never got the car mats or the 2nd key I was promised by the salesman. So after purchasing this vehicle from a dealer, I have to put more money into it so that I feel safe driving it. I also most add that during the 3-4 times I was there in the month I had my car, everyone in the service department was extremely helpful and friendly. More

No hard sell here, its a low pressure environment and I really felt that my needs and time were respected. Josh answered all of my questions about the car and assured me that they had it in stock for immediate delivery. Once I made the decision to go ahead with the lease I was introduced to Anthony Antonetti in finance. Anthony was great and suggested some options for additional warranties on tires and other repairs that will come up during the lease term. We have all had experiences of wanting to run out of a dealership because of how uncomfortable it can be, it's the exact opposite here and I'm definitely a happy customer! I would recommend them to everyone in the market for a new car. More

However, I was very suprised to not only how friendly Henry was to us, but also how helpful he was in making a great decision on a car. Mr. Henry Villafuerte has single handedly changed my negative views on car salesman. I was very suprised to how he made the options for buying or leasing the car very clear, and how he made the numbers simple for me and my mom to understand. Mr. Henry Villafuerte was patient and understanding to my mom's worries in purchasing a car. He also provided her with very good answers to my mom's worries. I was there to help my mom make a good decision, but in all honesty, i did not even need to be there because Henry did more than that. He helped my mom make a great decision, and my mom could not stop talking about how great her experience was at Garden City Mazda to our friends and family (which she has never done before when purchasing a car). Good job Mr. Henry Villafuerte, i honestly believe that you were NOT just there to sell us a car, but to genuinely and sincerely help us make a great decision in leasing our brand new mazda cx5. Now for the first time, i have someone to recommend to my friends and family when they are interested in buying a car. More
I just picked my 2014 Mazda 3 from Garden City Mazda and my experience was wonderful. No hassle what so ever. My salesperson Luis Espinal and he was great. He has lots of patience, professional, soft spoken and a great set of hair on his head. Luis Espinal is a true professional in the business, during the course of the transaction he emailed me, and call me several times. He does not only cared about making the sale but to make sure you were happy. He was a little pushy at times but that to expected from a salesperson. But I thought overall he was perfect man for the job and I would recommend him highly. More

The first evening I stopped into the showroom, George showed me the car, explained all the features, and quoted me a great price. When I came back for a test drive, Cesar helped me. Both salesmen were very friendly and knowledgeable; they gave me all the information I needed and patiently answered all of my questions and never applied any pressure to buy. Once I drove the car I decided to buy it, and Cesar prepared the initial paperwork and followed through 'till I picked up the car. He was very accommodating when I could not pick up the car on the scheduled date because of a snowstorm. When I did pick it up, he went over all of the features of the car very clearly and thoroughly (and there are a lot of features!) and explained everything I needed to know. I then met with Eddie to arrange the financing and complete the paperwork, and instead of it being very stressful and intimidating, he made it easy and comfortable. Everything was straight forward and open. I've had the car for almost a week now and I love it. I thank Cesar, Eddie, and George - they were great! And I highly recommend the Garden City Mazda dealership. More
